I am absolutely in love with the most recent craft I made and I’m so excited to share it with you!
Remember when we had a baby shower for my friend Julie? Well, baby Nora is here now (yay!) and today I got to meet her for the first time (double yay!). Because I just love her so much I had to make her a little present :)
I’ve been seeing these wooden block things all over blogland for the past year or so and also on Pinterest (so I definitely can’t take the credit for this idea). I think they are just so cute and I decided I wanted to try making some. I was so excited to make them that I didn’t take any pictures until the finished product, so if you’re wanting a tutorial…not this time, sorry. That’s typically how I roll with my crafts anyway, I get so excited that I don’t think to take any pictures until I’m all done.
A 2×4, some paint, scrapbook paper to match her nursery, my Cricut, some ModgePodge, and some tulle join together to become this:
I am so so happy with how it turned out
So now I’m obsessed with these blocks and I have a million and ten ideas in my head of what to do next. I already have blocks cut and paper selected for a craft for our house that I’m super pumped about. I hope to get that done next week and I can’t wait to share with you. After that I may have to start making them for everyone in the world that I know because I love them so much.

LOVE it! i’m making these for my friends baby :)
question: where did you get the blocks from?
I bought a 2×4 at Lowes and had it cut into the size blocks I wanted.
