I don’t know about you but for me the holidays are the hardest time of the year for me to keep up with good, healthy habits. I can already feel myself sliding down the VERY slippery slope of Halloween candy, Reese’s trees, and more. I want to nip that in the bud so I am challenging myself to 30 Days of No Excuses. That doesn’t mean I’m going to be 100% perfect (I mean let’s be real, Thanksgiving falls in those 30 days) but it does mean that I’m going to be intentional and make a plan so that I can enjoy myself but not totally throw all my hard work out the window.
I was going to just do this challenge by myself but then I thought it would be MUCH more fun to have some friends to keep me accountable. So I set up a 30 Days of No Excuses challenge group and anyone who wants to can join me!
The focus is on encouraging each other – everyone will pick their own habits they want to focus on (so this is not specifically a weight loss or water or exercise or essential oils challenge – it’s more of a consistency/good habit challenge)
Some things you might choose to work on:
• exercising a certain number of days a week
• sticking to your eating plan
• not eating sugar
• using a specific essential oil (or several oils) every day
• taking your supplements every day
• drinking a certain amount of water
• doing a daily Bible study
• working on a craft project a little bit every day
• flossing daily
I mean, pretty much whatever floats your boat! You’ll pick your habits and goals, I’ll give you tips along the way to help you stick to those, and we’ll encourage each other as we go.
