How do I choose which Savvy Minerals Starter kit is right for me?
The main thing to go by to pick your starter kit is going to be the foundation color. That is the most important thing to match to your skin, the other colors (blush, eyeshadows, and lip gloss) have been picked to compliment that foundation color but will honestly look great on everyone.
Some tips to help you determine:
- If your skin is on the lighter side and has warm undertones (greenish veins, look better in gold jewelry, look better in red/orange/yellow clothes, gold/red/orange undertones in your hair, brown/amber/hazel eyes, tan easily) go with the Warm 2 kit
- If your skin is on the lighter side and has cool undertones (blueish/purple veins, look better in silver jewelry, look better in blue/purple/emerald clothes, blue/silver/violet/ask undertones in your hair, blue/gray/green eyes) go with the Cool 2 kit
- If you are very tan or have olive skin, go with Dark 1
- If you have dark skin, choose Dark 4
If you can’t determine if you’re Warm or Cool, then you’re probably neutral and can use either. Personally, I have some Cool characteristics (blue/green eyes, burn easily) and some Warm (gold undertones in my hair, green veins) and have found that I can really go either way with my foundation. I use Warm because my skin has more of a yellow color (which most warm foundations have) rather than a pinkish color (which most cool foundations have) but can use others with no problem.
I don’t have all the colors of foundation and blush to show you for a comparison and to help you pick your colors, but I do have the eyeshadows and lip glosses in case that helps.
What else do I need?
The items that come in the new Savvy kit are perfect for getting you started with your makeup stash but if you want to grab more than just the basics to start out with, these are a few other products I’d recommend:
- Diamond Dust mineral veil
- Bronzer
- Eyeliner (or get Multitasker if you prefer brown eyeliner over black)
- Eyeliner brush (makes a big difference in application)
If you aren’t a Young Living wholesale member yet go ahead and grab your Savvy Minerals kit then add on some of these other amazing products (Additional makeup items! A diffuser for your lavender oil!).
Shoot me a message if you need help getting going.

I can’t find the kits anywhere online.

Hello, do you know where on the website we can order? I haven’t found it online
Caitlin says
I hope you found the answer already, but the kits were in the virtual office (quick order only, not ER), searching the words “kit” or Savvy” should pull them right up.
