Classical Conversations friends, you need to check out the series State Plate on Amazon!  It’s the perfect  addition!  State Plate has an episode for each state where they highlight some of the iconic dishes from that state.  Everyone in my family loves watching it – it’s so fascinating to learn the history behind each dish, what makes it unique to that state, and see how it’s made.
